What happens during the call: 1. You tell us what brings you here. Share what you are experiencing, how long it has been going on and what you hope to change. There is no need to prepare anything. 2. We listen first. We take the time to understand your situation, including any previous treatment and anything that is worrying you. 3. We explain how we work. We talk you through the treatments that might help, what a session involves and what to expect afterwards. 4. You can ask questions. Whether it is about suitability, aftercare or practicalities, nothing is too small to ask. 5. We agree on next steps. If we both feel it is a good match, we will help you book your first appointment. If another approach would suit you better, we will say so honestly.
