How I Work with Clients: Acupuncture, Emotional Well-Being, and Psychosomatic Health

I believe that true healing begins with understanding each person as a whole -body, mind, and spirit.

In Chinese medicine, and especially through the wisdom of the Five Elements, we see that our physical health is deeply connected to our emotions, our life experiences, and the way we relate to the world around us.

When I work with clients, I take time to explore their relationship with food, their personal goals, and the stories that have shaped their lives. This holistic approach allows me to uncover the root causes of imbalance, whether they show up as chronic pain, emotional distress, or unexplained psychosomatic symptoms. Acupuncture can then gently guide the body back into balance - restoring flow, easing suffering, and supporting deeper emotional healing.

I see myself as an instrument of the treatment. Healing is not about me - it’s about what your body needs, and how deeply you are ready to address the root cause of your health concerns. For some, that means diving into the layers of chronic or emotional issues; for others, it may simply mean focusing on pain relief and restoring comfort as quickly as possible. Both paths are valid, and both deserve compassion.

My heart is deeply moved when I see people in pain. Over many years, my meditation practice has taught me to approach healing without ego - allowing me to become a clear channel for treatment, guided by compassion and presence.

This is also why I call my clinic White Tara Clinic. White Tara, the Tibetan female Buddha, embodies compassionate energy and the pure wisdom of the Dhamma. She is known for offering protection against illness and untimely death, while nurturing vitality and longevity. Her spirit reminds me daily of the sacredness of healing work - where ancient wisdom and compassionate care come together to support transformation.

Through acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and the wisdom of the Five Elements, it is possible to heal not only the body but also the emotions that shape our well-being.

Whether you are seeking relief from pain, support for emotional balance, or deeper healing of psychosomatic patterns, I am here to walk alongside you in your journey toward wholeness. Book in a discovery meeting with me for free to explore how to start your journey.
